Had a good day after school on Thursday walking around the city -emphasis on WALKING AROUND THE CITY - the map from the school had the names of the squares the wrong way around! Still, have a pretty good knowledge of central Mendoza now.Kolby (on the left of the picture with Logan) came with us and as we told her, we walked the extra mile for Kolby! (as we also got a bit lost walking home and ended up walking an extra mile at least!)
Will be sad to leave Mendoza - it has been really good to be in one place for a week, to meet some great people and to realise that adding an 'o' at the end of an English word is only sometimes correcto in Spanish! Feel more confident using the language and would have liked to do at least a week more. Finished at the school with a great lunchtime barbeque (asado) and then it was back home for our final meal with our host, Malena and for Tina to pack the rucksacks!

Sounds fantastic - You could always go back some other time. Perhaps your 50th Wedding Anniversary would be a good time.
